Barry believes in supporting our community and serves as a member of the Victoria Real Estate Board's (VREB) Member and Community Relations Committee.

As the committee's mandate is to provide support to the community, Barry proposed that the committee approve funding to support the Victoria Day Parade, which was in need of assistance due to the higher insurance costs. The committee members approved, and the funding was presented to the Parade Chair, Ron Butlin.

Barry is also a member of the VREB's Technology Committee. He works to ensure that the members of the Board are on top of the latest technology to help their clients.
